Refund policy

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you can return them for a refund or exchange by sending them back to us.

To return the item(s) just package them back up then contact us to find out how to return your item(s).

Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. mogbog.co.uk cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Some small print: They need to be returned with all labels attached within 30 days, unused or unopened, which is standard policy.

Postage will not be refunded for returned item(s) but postage will be refunded for the original dispatched order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (where necessary). You will also need the invoice or proof of purchase receipt.


To start a return, you can contact us at meow@mogbog.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we willl send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) incase of any defect, damage or if you have received the incorrect item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of item(s) cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as foods), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as deodorisers). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item(s) or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We ask you to allow 30 days for this process.
